Return, Exchange and Refund

    We accept returns and exchanges of products if we are contacted within 7 days of you receiving the item.
    Except in the case of an error by ourselves, the return shipping fee is on the customer.


1. When returning or exchanging a product, please be sure to first contact us.
2. Items must be returned in the same condition it was received by you, with the original packaging and the tag still connected
3. We only accept the return of foot wear which has not been worn outdoors, so it is best to first try them on indoors.
Also, the shoe box is part of the product, so take care to return it undamaged with the item.
4. Made to order products can't be returned.
1. If in case of the Color or Size not being up to the customers expectation, but to no fault of our own,
the total cost of shipping to and from us is the customer's responsibility.
2. Items must be returned in the same condition it was received by you,with the original packaging and the tag still connected
3. So long as we have the exchange product/s in stock, the item will be shipped within a few days of receiving the returned product.
If in the case of item being out of stock we will swiftly refund you
1. In case of defective products, we provide a full refund including shipping fee.
The shipping cost of the product to the customer and return it back to us is not included in the refund.
2.If in case of the Color or Size not being up to the customers expectation, but to no fault of our own,
the shipping cost of the product to the customer and return it back to us is not included in the refund.
Only the cost of the product is refunded.
3. We will process the refund after the item arrives back to us.
We will contact you by email after the refund is completed.
1. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the item has been dispatched to you.
2. The product handling time is 2-3 days (business days) from your order.
